Senior Consultants

Senior Consultants are typically experienced consultants who have the desire and ability to sell, lead, and manage work both independently and in teams. These are individuals who can develop opportunities, lead consulting projects, and make significant contributions to one or more of our primary markets, including healthcare, family enterprises and owner-led businesses, and education:

Healthcare

The Healthcare Senior Consultant will bring experience consulting to or working in healthcare and can get “up to speed” quickly when working with clients. They will demonstrate the capacity to develop effective and collegial consulting relationships with clients, and work respectfully and productively with people at all levels of the organization. Senior Consultants are comfortable with the complexities and dynamics of business and enterprise performance, including but not limited to general management, financial management, strategy, culture, operations, and/or marketing and communications. Senior Consultants have a track record of developing new business and demonstrate the ability to prospect clients, explore organizational needs, develop tailored project designs, lead sales calls, and write winning proposals.

Family Enterprises and Owner-Led Businesses

The Family Enterprises and Owner-Led Businesses Senior Consultant will bring relevant expertise applicable to the field and can get “up to speed” quickly when working with clients. They will demonstrate the capacity to develop effective and collegial consulting relationships with clients, and work respectfully and productively with people at all levels of the organization. Senior Consultants are comfortable with the complexities and dynamics of business and enterprise performance, including but not limited to general management, financial management, strategy, culture, operations, family dynamics, and/or marketing and communications. Senior Consultants have a track record of developing new business and demonstrate the ability to prospect clients, explore organizational needs, develop tailored project designs, lead sales calls, and write winning proposals. 

Education

The Higher Education Senior Consultant candidate will bring significant experience, expertise, and a breadth of relationships in this sector. They have the capacity to develop effective and collegial consulting relationships with clients, and work respectfully and productively with people at multiple levels of the organization—academic and administrative leaders, board members, faculty, and regulators. They are comfortable with the culture and structure of educational institutions and research enterprises, aware of trends and challenges in this sector, and how to advance change and partner with leaders in these organizations. 

Senior Managers

Senior Managers contribute to the selling and delivery of client work as well as the thought leadership and development of our firm. Senior Managers have the experience to lead and manage work, both independently and in teams.

Senior Managers work collaboratively with senior executives to design and deliver high-quality support, facilitation, coaching, and unique CFAR tools, and deliverables. Senior Managers develop and manage a CFAR team that works collaboratively and efficiently and creates opportunities for development within the team.
 
Senior Managers have an advanced degree, outstanding intellectual abilities, analytic rigor and project management and interpersonal skills who are excited to help grow the firm and eventually lead and sell work on their own.

Managers

Managers work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Managers collaborate closely with Analysts, Associates, Senior Managers, and Principals in small, high-performance teams focused on client problems. Managers analyze qualitative and quantitative data, manage complex tasks, lead and facilitate work sessions for our clients, and present analyses with recommendations to the client.

Analysts

We look for intellectually curious recent college graduates who are eager to gain exposure to different organizations and leadership challenges, while contributing to multiple client engagements on teams led by our senior consultants.
 
Our Analyst position is a two-year, full-time position with the possibility of promotion to Associate, which is a one-year position. Analysts play a critical role on our project teams with senior consultants and clients. They coordinate projects and conduct background research, interviews, and quantitative and qualitative analysis—among other things. This two-year consulting position offers a glimpse of how things work in many different kinds of organizations, and insight into many of the major business issues facing leaders today.
